    unlike most people im actually trying to loose weight. im 5'9 and weigh about 210 i need a specific diet or any advice that could help me do this...

    i recently dropped 28 pounds in two months and all i did was drop my overall calories in half and added more cardio.

    it might now have been the smartest route but it worked like a champ.

    CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO, for keep it simple no fast food, no soft drinks, no refined sugars, green veggies eat all you want

    yeah cardio worked great for me especially when i started doing it in the mornings on an empty stomach

    not trying to be mean but supplements, are not miracle cures. They are to SUPPLEMENT a healthy diet.

    I personally feel I made more progress when I stopped worrying about what I was taking and started worrying about what I was eating.

    yeah i no there not "miracle cures" but theres a lot of stuff out there i didnt no if any one knew of something that worked good for them

    ^^ i agree you shouldn't need supplements if your eat and train properly
