I have used them a few times. Always geat communication, wuick responses, and quality feedback. Until...i ordered in Dec. It is like someone else is running it. First they didny packape it worth a shit so the turkish customs knows theres liquid in it. Before i found that out i checked package status for over 2 weeks...no movement from acceptance stage. I conyacted them, they replied like 5 days later telling me to wait a little longer. After about 3 times of this pattern i contacted turkish officials. I forwarded the message about the obvious liquid in package to steelgear. Said wait again...wtf? So i resent it again. They finally said the would do a reship 2 weeks ago, then since i havent heard from them i once again reached out for any info, a tracking number, an estimate when would be reshipped...once again about t days later i get a ' soon buddy' email. I obviously have been burned at this point. Warning to all...do not use steelgear.net its a rip off site!
