Well I made it through another leg workout. I went a good deal heavier on hams, still can't do normal weight just cuz fatigue sets in too fast and my hams were burning like crazy. I can't do hacks at all though. They still feel weird so I'll try to squat next week. Leg press shouldn't be a problem. One more week and I should be back to normal I hope. I hate dogging legs like this.
