    hi i have a little bit of fat around the lower part of my pectoral and my nipples are kind of soft and i was wondering if any of yall know a good chest workout and a good cardio workout to do to cut up a good bit.. tnx

    Well first you need to realize that nutrition is primary. If you clean up your diet you will begin to cut up. Don't get me wrong, your workouts are important too, but nutrition is the foundation. Ask troponin, he'll say the same thing. As for the chest workout, just keep things varied and you should see results. Pros do the same exercises we do, but they realize the truth about bodybuilding-->NUTRITION. Good luck with everything!

    Buffd has some really good chest routines that worked for him if you need a little more help.

    bump to lasix 80% nutrition 10% gym and 10% supplements or gear that is lifitng...like they say i would rather miss a workout session than miss a meal..

    Chest hit the flys hard and bring them in and down towards your hips...start high and out...do something like this to really get the pump

    Bench 10,10,8,8,6,6
    Incline dumbell flys 4 X 10
    Machine flys towards hips 4 x 10
    machine press or hammer press (slight incline) 4 x 10

    rest about 30-60 seconds between movement changes and like 30 seconds between reps.

    You can also mix it up do a strenght day, power day, and beat the hell out of them day....

    Let me know if you would like a program for each day.

    No disrespect to anyones replies, but it should 100% on nutrition, 100% on training, 100% on supplementation. If your going to do anything do it 100% all the time!!! Keep working on all these aspects and you will make and meet your goals...if fat loss is your goal then put all these aspects into it and you will attain that goal. Train your ass off, avoid the cheat meals and days, and take the right supplements to help burn fat and build muscle, oh, and dont forget that dreaded cardio!! GOod luck.

    BUT MAN YOU CROSSED THE LINE..take away the cheat meal...yeah good luck...like trying to take a steak away from a pittbull that hasn't eaten for a week. LMAO!

    Just do what you can and work hard bro...patience is my biggest weakness and you have to have plenty in this game.

    Buff LOL i am the same way small cheat through out the day...like normal food though not like junk food or chips...I will throw pasta with a meal, eat lasagna, mashed potatoes, stuff like that....but then there are the days when i eat cake, pie, or something...those are the days i play basketball for like 2 hours..i figure it all evens out RIGHT LMAO
