Today I did chest, and during ever exercise that included a barbell, as I went slowly negative on my last rep, I would pause for as long as I could and WOW!!! What an amazing feeling, I'm going to be sore tomorrow.... I also did 4 sets of dumbell inclines with light weight to get my form down good (first time I'd ever done this felt weird). I love em, hehe The weight is going to start pounding on the dumbells now! I also did incline dumbell flies(sp.?) I like those too and again I did light weight to get my form down to the T so that I could continute to only get stronger!!! I like the pyramid style of working out too. Great Great feeling!!
P.S. - I also did decline press, and some type of Butterfly-like machine too...
