    Squats!!! bottom line. i havent been able to do squats for three months because of my back. i did hack squats, hammer strength squats, sissy squats in place of real squats. they work well and have there advantages. but i finally felt good enough to do squats today and damn. they just hit places you cant hit with anything else. my balance and strength was down but man, what a feeling. it was great to hit them up again. im sore and tired good night.

    SQuats are THE SHIT! I actually hate doing any other leg exercise then squats and box squats....they're just not fun adn they don't work as well.

    i hate squats and dont do them at all becasue of my back anymore....i stick to leg presses heavy ones

    i do leg presses, but nothing out there beats squats...period

    oh and by saying i do leg presses, I do squats all time...leg presses is just another excersise i do...lol

    I like squats, presses and extensions as well. Had to switch to modified hacks due to a knee injury, but that will be all taken care of Monday.

    Oh and I like cheese too. It just tastes good sometimes.

    Glad you are back at it DW, now stop being a sissy and squat. LOL.

    Good to see that your able to do the squats again DW. I know its tough mentally not being able to do the weight you once were doing but it will all come back in due time. Just remember keep your proper form and dont worry about the weight right now. Your just getting back from the injury and becareful

    Nothing like the soreness you get two days after you squat. I blast my legs so bad that I am always hobbling around work. Sometimes it is even difficult to get up the steps in my house.

    Gotta lift them legs. Can't be walking on toothpicks! Glad to hear you're getting better. Train hard and remember its about technique more than weight. Size and strength will come with good technique.
