estrogen "infested" chicken

i heard on the news that many companies inject their chicken with estrogens so they would grow faster and bigger.they also said that this meat could induce estrogen related side effects on consumers..
what do you guys think about this?

this has been a problem with all meats for awhile now. not much we can do about it. just prepare your food thoroughly. cook on medium temperatures over a longer than normal period of time. also, don't buy the store brand stuff if you can avoid it. pay an extra dollar to get the good stuff. i recently just started eating lots of venison, and buffalo. i am growing daily. good stuff!
