    Anyone tried the MAX-OT training program?
    And also the Dymetadrie Xtreme he`s talking about?

    I have tried it an liked it, it is an effective system, basically incorporates all the fundamentals of growth...rep range from 4-6 reps, compound excersices etc. Its good give it a try!

    I think almost any training program will work for a time...its the changes that you need to make when something stops working will continue your success.
    Never tried Dymetadrie Extreme...

    Sorry never tried Dymetadrie Extreme either! I know the guys who made up the workout have their own supplement company so obviously they are going to promote their product. The fact is no natural suplement can come close to steroids, so for sheer results I don't have to much faith in any products!

    I have used dymetradine extreme several years ago, but it was taken off the shelves in Hawaii and military installations. It can be ued to make crstal meth since it is a precursor, or so I am told. Personally, I did not like, felt like I was jacked up on cocaine and had the urge to urinate all of the time.
