IGF and endurance

Anybody have information on using IGF for endurance and stamina for things like running and bicycling? I thik I'll ask the same question about geat in the steroid forum.

From what I know, it is more a less an anti-aging deal. I take it at night in pill form. I run and ride but I do not think this is something that I would think is directly attributed to immediate endurance like when you down a clif shot blok or gel pack during a run or ride. Long term though, I think it does have a benefit of overall endurance, muscle building and things of that nature.

I didn't know you could get it in pill form.
