i want to do a low dose of dnp for a month straight. the dose would be 200mgs/day. if it safe do be on dnp this long?

What's DNP?

DNP should not be taken lightly. Its side affects can be life changing. Do your research defore you take DNP. You need to get your diet and cardio right first to maintain your weight/fat loss after coming off DNP or you will put the weight on again.
I have used DNP several times over 12 years but I have never used it for longer than 14 days. I have taken 200mg ed and in 14 days lost approx 14lbs. The best advice I can give is to do your home work this is very toxic and should not be taken just because you can not be bothered to sort out your diet and cardio

I would not recommend DNP to anyone. A member just recently ran DNP look for his posts. I think with the right diet and cardio/weights rountine there is no reason to use this product.

that was me. i didnt like it at all. It distracted me to much from my workouts, did it for 10-14 days at 400mg and really disliked the exp. If you do it read all you can, get all the supps and "enjoy''. others have had great results..not me though. With the summer heat coming no way would i use it being outside and having a hot job.

2 weeks max wouldnt go a month could have some issues ---DNP is not a long cycle it needs to use for a very short time
