I have two quick questions. If I'm taking 250mg of primo depot a week, should I take in in one shot or divide it into two, monday and thursday. If so, how should I store the remainder in the amp? Preload shots? Also, I'm gonna run winny tabs for 5 wks along with the primo, should I run them the first 5 wks, the last, or somewhere in the middle? Thanks guys.

Much depends on your goal of the cycle.
If you Pre-load the syringe and then store in a Zip-Lock baggie in the fridge. I find it better and the liquid seems to stay in better. Switch pins weekly.
I usually run the winny at the end to harden up and show the gains.
If I am bulking I run the winny at the beginning and the end..BUT I tend to run long cycles depending on blood tests.

So you think I should split it into two, rather than one 250mg shot once a week? I'm trying to lose my last 5 pounds of belly fat, and I'd like to put on a little lean mass if I can. I read primo can still be effective on a low cal diet, of course I'll still have a truckload of protein coming in. I was leaning towards running the winny at the end of the cycle, to see how I react to the primo first.

I'd split it into two shots. Should keep the blood levels more even. I would also run the Winny at the end for sure. What are your stats? 250mg of Primo a week is a little on the low side. 400mg a week would be much better.

I'm 5'5" and weigh a buck forty, so I figured I'd be better off with a lower dose. Is there any way to keep gear sterile after opening the amp, other than preloading pins? This probably sounds stupid, but how bout some plastic wrap over the top?

Uhh no. You are gonna wanna preload the pin. It's really the easiest way to do it. If it's 200mg in each amp then why not just use 1 amp a week? 50mg more a week won't make a huge difference anyway.

Based on my weight, would you say bumping it up to 300mg would be a bad idea, or stick with two? I'd be back to preloading pins, but as you said two shots will keep my levels more stable. By the way thanks for your help bros.

Even at your weight I think 300mg is much better. Go for it. Just preload the pins it's no biggie.

Sounds good. Just to double check, since neither primo nor winny can convert to estrogen I don't need to run anti e's during cycle but still for pct? I have 70 clomid tabs I was gonna start two weeks after the last primo shot.
