B complexs come in two primary formulations B-50 and B-100. You should take two B-50's per day.

Remember that B vitamins are water soluble so if you take in too much your body will just excrete the excess. I hope your energy levels are up b/c by taking the right dosage it can provide you with a great boost in energy. Good luck.
