    50mgs of dbol? Empty 50mgs of dbol?

    Hey i just started a test/Dbol cycle and im currently on week 2 and im using 40mg/dbol ed to kickstart the cycle and im not noticing the same results compared to the first time i used dbol when i took just 30mgs of it. Should i hold out and wait a little longer or bump up the dosage to 50mg ed

    I'd hold on another week. I used D-bol at the beginning of my current cycle @ 50mg per day and the back pumps were too much, so i lowered it to 40mg and found that that was the perfect dosage. Everyone is different though, but i would still give it another week before bumping it.

    hey are your eating habits and work outs the same as they were the first time you were taking dbol? If i were you i would have just started out taking 50mg ed

    How much do you weight and what is your BF%?? Also, what brand of Dbol?? answer these questions, and you may get more help...

    Im 5'11 200lbs 15% bf and they are naps

    I don't know. The naps give me rediculous pumps and strength at just 15mg before my workouts. The pumps kick in after about 3 days of taking them too. Maybe you're spreading the dosage out too much. You could take 10mg in the morning and then 30mg right before your workout. You should at least "feel" them working then. Some people like to spread the doses through out the day, and some like to take them all at once. Either way can work because there's always more than one way to skin a cat.

    Oh dont get me wrong I take 20mg right before i work out and I feel great, good pumps and big increase in strenght...however im not really seeing size increase

    Are you being realistic about your goals?? If so, take a look at your diet...then look at your training....are you getting enough rest and recovery time??


    I don't believe this is a dosage problem here...i wouldn't take it over 50mg's/day....but you should be getting results at 40mg/day.

    i think the best way to take is to spread it out threw out the day take 10mg in the morning then 20mg right before you work out and then another 10mg about and hour before bed. when i was on t-bol i took it 20mg/30mg/10mg
