One Pec Bigger Than The Other!!

My left pec is quite larger than the right. I was told a while ago that it was cause I was doing too much barbell chest work & not enough dummbells. I thought that might be right as my theory is that I'm right handed & my right tricep is stronger than left so when I'm doing presses the tricep's doing more of the work so taking the stress off the pec.
Been changing it around a bit but left pec is still bigger. Anyone else suffer from this??

i have a little problem with this as well, but i just recoveredd from shoulder surgery 7 months ago its starting to equal out and its not that noticable in my pecs anymore but in my delts and upper arm its still noticable , especially when i flex, i try to throw some db's in there to try to catch my left arm up.

All i can say is try what I do. I am pretty symetrical. On all my body parts I rotate with barbell and dumbbell. For example chest day I do flat bech bar then incline dumbbell and then the next chest day I do flat bench dumbbell incline bar. I also mix it up some chest day I start with incline then somedays I start with flat. I do this with all of my body parts. I hope this helps good luck bro.

Try switching to doing bench with dumbells and just pump out a few extra reps with your right side. Eventually it will catch up.

Use a bench press machine that allows you to use each side separately, and work the underdeveloped side a little more

I forgot to say...

Dont stop working out the side that is bigger.

Just add a few more reps to the right side and *****make sure you have proper form*****.
