Im taking 625mg of Test E/ wk, im alittle sore from my shots so i went and bought some grapeseed oil to help out. But how much grapeseed oil should i used per injection if i shoot 1.25cc of test e to times a week?

I would use .75cc of sterile oil and make it an even 2cc per inject. See if that helps, if not then use 1-1.25cc of sterile oil per inject.

And yeah i would make the shot 2cc with the oil added. Try heating the oil and massaging the area afterwards and see if that helps ya any.

ok thanks ill start with .75cc then go from there and ill also heat it up. how long should i heat it up and do i use warm or hot water?

What i do is heat some water up in a kettle, pour some into a cup and soak the loaded syringe in it for 3-5 minutes.
