Keeping my first cycle conservative...

Test-E 250mg X 2 per week for 10 weeks w/nolva on hand for PCT.

Do I need to consider an Anti-E/Aromatase inhibitor during cycle to keep bloat down? I was considering Anastrozole but read about screwed up lipid profiles...considered topical ATD...not sure.

So test e for 10 weeks at 500mg/week. I have never used Test E so I don't know anything about it. If I were you I would have extra Nolva on hand though just in case you started to develop signs of gyno. If you have enough Nolva to use throughout the cycle at say 10mg ED and still enough to use for PCT that what I would do. another good thing to help with water bloat is to consume at least 1 gallon of water a day if not more.

you should always have an anti-e on hand just in case.if your going too run aromatase run aromasin,visions has posted some great things on it and it will be included in all my cycles fom this point forward

Yeah I currently have two bottles of Nolva on hand.

Like a true newb I tried my first bottle and thought for sure something must be wrong just by it's rancid taste and bought another.

aromasin is a good choice here. That is a low dose but better safe than sorry.

Its good stuff but I think a little too strong for 500mg of test. Its what I use for every cycle though, wont use anything else. Very happy with it.

Its best to be prepared and prevent rather then treat after you get gyno cause once you grow the breast tissue its yours to keep...it may shrink a bit but it will still be there.... Aromasin is the best choice for an AI... @ 500mg Test, 25mg Aromasin ed will put your estrogens in the normal range... Less is usually needed to combat negative sides... I would take at least 1/4 of that dose ed, cause its best to prevent the gyno... Estrogen doesn't build muscle... the bloat from the excess estrogens can make you feel pumped but it wont build muscle...
