    Hey Guys,

    Okay I am bout to start my 2 second cycle on the 28th and this is what it looks like. But before anything I’ll tell you my stats : I’ve been training for 3 years on and off , I weight 165lbs, I am 5’9 and around 8 %bf (not to sure)…… my ultimate goal is to hit bulk to 200lbs but I know it will take time… also I have a few question that will be needs to be answers…. He’s is what my cycle looks like:

    1-12..... test ent........ 500mg/week
    1-10..... decabol....... 400mg/week
    1-4....... Dbol............ 40-50mg/day
    9-12..... dbol............ 40-50mg/day
    1-12..... Cabaser........ .5mg e4d
    1-12... milk thistle ...........



    This is what my work out routine looks like:
    Monday - Chest/Triceps
    Tuesday - Legs
    Wednesday - off
    Thursday - Shoulders
    Friday - Back/Biceps
    Saturday - off
    Sunday - off

    Okay he’s my questions:
    1. for my deca its saying that its 250mg/ml and I want to inject only 400mg per week…. So I need to take 200mg twice a week…. But like do I draw in my syringe (.6’cc) or (.7’cc) to give me 200mg of deca?

    2. I also need help to build a bulking diet can anybody help me with that. I would really appreciate it

    POPEYE this is awesome how you laid out your questions and cycle. this is a nice way to write it out so we can give you good answers. you;ve give us some stats etc... and let us know what you want.

    yes for the deca.just take up to the amount if 1ml is 250mgs just make the correct adjustments to make it 200mgs.

    but other then that your cycle looks spot on. how you split up the dbol for the beginning and end shows that you know you shouldnt take it the whole way though. that will work well. i do that as well.

    as for the diet. you know how to eat clean.i would follow pretty much a contest diet except with more carbs . of course you dont have to be as strict but simmilar foods . your bulking so you can have one cheat meal a day and of course put some condiments on your food etc... choose good bodybuilding foods.

    Nicely done. I'd run the deca 11 wks myself...just as long as the test is longer. Personal choice cause I like the feel of deca

    Bro your cycle looks fine pretty much a typical cycle, only question i have is how old are you...good luck and keep uis posted on how it turns out. M-

    Thx for your comments guys. I know that I’ve not been posting much but that because I am reading all the new post and stuff on this site…. I am learning from the best here!!! Also I am 21 years old…. Okay well I am building my diet plan but it kind of hard for me because I never done such a thing…. Can anybody give me a example of a bulking diet??? Thx guys… also I have enough deca for 11 week but I only have enough test for 12 weeks does that matter???.... Also if my calculation is right I need to take only .6’cc of deca to have 200mg right??? Okay well thx again

    Okay guy I just finish my bulking diet, I am not to sure if I did it good but yeah I did the best I can….. Tell me if I need to change something or add some more food….. I also need help to calculate my calories, protein, carbs and fat…. Can somebody send me a link???? For my cabaser do it matter at what time you take it like morning or night???

    -1 bar of oatmeal
    -1 yogurt
    -1 glass of orange juice
    -Multi-vita mined
    MEAL TOTAL= __ calories, __ g of protein, __g carbs, __g of fat


    9:00 (break at work)
    -Shake (allmax QuickMass) -(with water)
    MEAL TOTAL= 1010 calories, 57g of protein, 164g carbs, 15g of fat


    12:00 Lunch
    - chicken breast (6oz)
    -1 cup raw veggies
    -1 cup brown rice
    MEAL TOTAL= __ calories, __ g of protein, __g carbs, __g of fat


    3:00 (break at work)
    -Shake (allmax QuickMass)-(with water)
    MEAL TOTAL= 1010 calories, 57g of protein, 164g carbs, 15g of fat


    5:30 DINNER/PreWorkout
    -chicken breasts or steaks
    -1 cup cooked veggies
    -1 cup brown rice
    -1 scoop whey protein (with milk)

    Not a bad diet bro. I think though you need more protein at breakfast. Try 6 egg whites with three yolks and a small why protein shake. For your last meal of the day have another shake (low carb), preferably one that contains casein protein. Casein protein digests over 6 or 7 hours giving your body a constant supply of amino acids while you sleep. You could also just eat low fat cottage cheese, which is casein protein also. I would also bump up the carbs a little considering this is a "bulking diet". Shoot for at least 100g for breakfast, lunch and post-workout and cut your carbs at night.
