    i went to prep for my first injection, and in taking the pink cap off i detached the metal ring.... what does this mean, as i cant tip it upside down now because it will all pour out! Really wanted to start my first cycle this week so not happy, my own stupidity.

    Help will be appreciated on what to do? not sure what to do!

    Hey bro, This is a pain in the ass...

    If you have another vial use that for now, In the mean time go online and pruchase a new 10ml sealed sterile vial for about $2.00 and a 5 or 10ml syringe and you can transfer the gear from one vial to another, If you wants you can also pruchase a filter and then refilter the gear into a new vial to make sure you didnt get any pooh in it. It sounds like alot but its quite simple.

    what can happen if pooh gets in there? do you mean unclean hands etc.

    by poo he means any type of bacteria etc that would be unsuitable to inject into ones own body...could cause an abcess/infection..
