Colostrum is found in breast milk. It raises HGH levels of infants during breast feeding. Its main uses are for adults is improving your immune system. As for the raising of HGH levels in adults, I don't believe that anyone on this board can afford to buy enough colostrum for that to even happen. I think this supplement is a waste of money. Your probably better off buying some real HGH from one of the suppliers.
