Hamstrings Empty Hamstrings

I need help with my hams.When i train hamstrings alone,i dont seem to get a good pump,But when I train them with quads I get a huge pump.My ? is am i sacrificing size on my hams when training them after a quad workout? :?

alternate exercises b/t hams and quads...for example
exercise 1 - squats
exercise 2 - romanian deads
exercise 3 - extensions
exercise 4 - curls
etc etc

You can also superset b/t some of the exercises (i almost always superset curls and extensions)

I always train hams with quads and the only 2 excercises I use are
hammer strength leg curls 5 sets 6 reps
stiff legged deadlifts 5 sets 6 reps
if you do these 2 right you won't be able to walk the next day and when your feet hit the floor the first place you will feel it is in your hams.

try hams first in your workout, then go on to quads, so you are not sacraficing the workout for your hams.
or do hams on a seperate day, my wife does that at times through the year. throws them in with back or any other day.
