    All of the press about aspirins ability to prevent heart attacks is not only a lot of hype,it also miscredits aspirin.The heart attack stopper in all of those tests is magnesium,not aspirin.All of the tests used buffered aspirin-that is aspirin with magnesium.Im convinced that magnesium works wonders with the heart,helps lower blood pressure and protects the arterial lining.Be sure to get enought magnesium in your diet,as it can do great thing for your heart health.

    Sea Salt... Has both Magnesium Carbonate and Potassium Iodide...

    If you want alot more magnesium in your diet... Epsom salts
