    woot 2morrow im doing a plate on each side...gonna see if i can hit 10 on the first set...if not IM GONNA KEEP FUCKING TRYING....because im not taking this shit no more....i see little ass mofos in the gym doing a plate and change... and I DONT LIKE IT....ok just venting....

    Jester just keep pounding at it brother. You will exceed that one plate and hopefully move onto many more. Try doing some rest pause sets it seems to get me strong as hell and break through any minor plateaus. Fuck that shit about taking time off man up and break through it.Z(little off the subject sorry.).

    dont worry brother i will.....i cant wait till 2morrrow its gonna be crazy 2morrow.....only draw back i have is that my lifting partner doesnt have the same intensity as me....i mean hes a good partner and all...its just that im getting to the psycotic(sp?) point lol... im becoming obessed with the gym.. lol

    I hear you on that brother, i have trained with buddies like that. You gotta get them into it. Me and buddy used to slap eachother in the head and shit when we new were pussying out and stuff and kick eachothers calves on calve raises to raise it up again. We are fucking psychos in the gym that is how you have to be though(no more fuck around). Balls to the walls training. Thats why i quit training by myself, i have sacraficed much growth because of it. I highly recommend anyone who wants to succeed to get a good workout partner. they are hard to find but when you find them watch out the gains will start flying. Especially on the gear. Cant wait to get my nice humangrade stuff hopefully next week and i will start my cycle and get huge over the next few months. then rip it up for the summer. Ahh summer Girls Girls Bikinins My crotchrocket i am saving for, Clubs. Screw this michigan winter shit it sucks ass. Damn i am a blabber mouth.

    rofl....i hear u...im going to cancun in march for spring break which is actually the reason i was ballz to the wallz about JOINING the gym....but now that im back in the gym i dont give a shit anymore...i want to be huge and thats it....
