    Tendonitis Empty Tendonitis

    Post by witchdocta2001 Thu Feb 08, 2018 2:21 am

Im starting to get a cause of tendonitis in my shoulder, I think its one of my bicep tendons as it only bothers me when my arms are above my head and my bicep is being stretched.

Any words of wisdom besides rest and ibuprofen.

    bro, my .02

Other means of tendonitis treatment include icing the injured site. Working to stretch muscles in the area of the tendonitis can be helpful.

    Hope this helps some...

Naproxen Sodium bro. AKA Aleve, I get some soreness in the shoulder and elbow areas. Doc gave me nap. sodium at 600mgs and told me that it was basically just a higher dosage of aleve for future reference. Clears up everything pretty fast

Warm-up the rotator cuffs before training. This is a major reason why people have shoulder problems. Also, you may be increasing the weight to fast. Drop your weights until you feel like you can handle a heavy workout. Your body grows off of variation, not necessarily lifting all heavy weights. Good luck bro.

big ups on the advice fellas, took 400mg of naproxen sodium last night before bed 200 when I woke up. Slept with on ice pack on my shoulder, and I been stretching all day. And Its already starting to feel a little better. The dull ache has almost dissappeared. So thanks again.
