    ok, i am just wondering how much Arimidex i should take daily...i already take 40mg of Nolvadex & 50mg of proviron...

    i am very sensitive to gyno...i have the arimidex just not sure of the dosage to take?

    i've ran .5 every other day and as much as 1.0 eod....if your taking the others then go with the lower dose.
