Ephedrine and toxicity ??

Does anyone know if ephedrine has any effect on liver enzymes, ALT etc? Basically, as ran in an ECA stack, so we are talking short term. I've searched for info on this and can't locate anything that addresses this., so any links to info supporting a yes or no would be great.

If it would have had those negative effects it would have been taken off the market much sooner... The Gov doesn't want it on the market cause they can make crystal meth from it... So the Gov would have used that info to pull it along time ago instead of lying saying it kills.
