    going to be doing 40mg a day of tbol with test -e. should the tbol be split up throughout the day? thanks

    I Take T-bols 20mg In The Morning 20mg In The Afternoon And 10 At Bedtime

    I would go with 10ng / 1 tab every 6 hours ! Better blood concentration levels

    I take 1 pill every like 6 hrs and 2 pills 1 hour before my workout. I do 50mg a day though.

    For convienience sake just take 2 in the morning and 2 around 8 hours later. Peace.
