I just got a pain on my left side in the middle of my back came from nowhere its quite bad could this be my kidneys? or any ideas what it could be not gonna be able to go the docs for a couple of days.

Could Be Kinneys. Had The Same Problem And It Did Pass. Had Stones. Still There Too. Showed Up On Mri And Ultra Sound. Drink Plenty Of Fluids. Im Sure You Are Already Doing That.

Yeah i drink two or three litres a day its really gettin on my tits now might go the docs tomorrow and wait it out with the coffin dodgers lol

Could just be a strain or slight pull, muscle cramp maybe?? I get those occaisionally just from sleeping wrong.

Its a wierd pain its ok when im still but if i move its real sharp pain i havent trained in three days so i dont think its a strain but its in exectly the right place to be my kidneys. If it is stones is that something that the steroids has done?? i think im gonna cut my cycle short next week bummer was gonna hit the Tbol as well was lookin forward to that!!

Think about what you wrote here, "its ok when im still but if i move its real sharp pain". It sounds like a severe strain Bro. Muscle bleeds when strained. That's why it's hard to take in a deep breath when it occurs over the Ribs. Your ribs are in your Back to, LOL. You would have other signs and symptoms if you had a Kidney infection, Fever, Chill's, discolored Urine, etc. Be patient and use heat on the are now.

3 litres isnt enough bud you need tobe drinking more imho when "on" and even more than that when off. 1 gallon when off and 2 gallons when on.
