Ok, dumb question. What is the difference between these two?

they are both nandrolone, deca=declynate ester (sp?) and durabol is NPP=phenylpropionate ester
deca takes 3-5 weeks to kick in, NPP takes 4-5 days...faster acting, out of system faster, etc..
npp can be used in 6, 8 or 10 week cycles
deca should be used a minimum of 12 weeks to get full effect.

Close "decanoate" is the long ester

So Durabol is just a very fast acting Deca? Same results/effects and all?

yes, npp will have same effects in shorter time, with a lot less water retention
run it with prop for 8 weeks shooting eod, nice cycle.

Yeah its nandrolone with a prop ester. roughly 4.5 day half life
