I have some Gotu Kola and some Margarite Acne, just wanting to ensure that they will not contraindicate each other. Is it alright to take together?

what are you taking them for cannons ? what does each do ?

The gotu kola is for mental stimulation, mood increase and the margarite acne is for my skin. I have problem skin, even when I do drink alot of water and eat right, so, I'm gonna try this and see if it helps.

I can tell you that I have experienced an increase in mood from the gotu kola. I have been taking it since Saturday. One reason I can tell this is because I am definitely not a morning person, especially when I have to get up at 330 am. Well, this morning I woke up, took a pill and about 30 minutes later I was ready to go, motivated and chipper. Kind of like coffee without the extreme jitters or frantic and erratic speech and thoughts. I am in training right now, so it entails alot of classroom instruction. By the end of the week, I'll be able to tell you if the mental stimulation properites are working. Based on my ability to concentrate on this post that I'm writing now though, I can tell a difference. Words are flowing better and its easier to write. Almost the way I felt on Piracetam, but not as pronounced. As far as my skin goes, with the margarite acne, kind of hard to tell as of yet. My skin does feel "cooler" and it doesn't get as oily throughout the day as it has been. I can't really tell if thats because the past week I've been drinking more water or contribute it to the herbs. Whatever the case is, I had about 5 or 6 painful red swollen pimples, and a couple cystic pimples that are now gone for the most part. All that is left is a faded red mark where they were and that is healing. More to follow.
