Here is a different answer.
I agree that DIET is the key thing with this. You need to be eating 400 grams of protein a day and you will gain weight. I go with chicken, fish, cottage cheese, shakes, and some lean beef. I am in my 40s and I gotta watch my lipid profile and BP.
However, eq is a great substance to take to make lean gains. DBol will add some short term gains (aka water), but who wants to bother with doing that if it is harsh on your liver and can screw with your BP? Test and Deca are a great combo. When I do a bulker, I do tren and test and eat till I feel I will burst (several meals with 50-60 grams of protein as well as eating when I wake up during the night.)
I don't think it is possible for an experienced bro to add 20 pounds of LBM in that short of a time. I am your weight but am 4 inches shorter and it is hard for me to gain a lot now.
