Clen and Benadryl

Should you take benadryl every night when on Clen? I heard it clears your beta receptors, it just keeps them fresh? I admit I don't know much about this, thanks bros.

IDK were I heard this before but I heard if u substitute benadryl for keto it keeps ur receptors fresh so u dont have to go 2 on 2 off but I am not sure I would just rather use keto...its cheap
