Well we got our old squat group back together for wednesday nights...and it was huge. 8 guys in all. With the new monolift at the gym it makes it so much easier to squat heavy, no need to walk the weight out.
Started out light and just worked our way up...hit 460 for a triple, 540 for a single(w/ just belt), 630 off box(sat and paused) just below parallel and then figured what the hell..took out 700 and sat and paused on the same box. Stood right back up with both of them fast. Felt great to have that weight on my back again.
Now I just gotta get up to par with the one guy with us..he ass to ankled 725 EASY..no suit, no wraps, no belt..guy is a freak!! made it look like 135! but he did bleed, shot blood out his nose, it was freaking awesome!!! the Whole gym was crowded around the monolift!!!

Man your lucky..I used to lift at a simihardcore gym but due to my schedual I have to lift at one of those f*cking 24hour fittness places!

Red roof inn in edison..basically go up the street to the traffic light and make a left and go about 1/2 mile and it is right there on the right hand side.
