Injection times for d-bol

when is the best time that i should take my shots. i so far have been planning on taking 250 test e on monday morning and thursday evening.. but i dont know if that is good to brake it up or what......and i also need to know when i should take my deca which is 300mgs. Thanks

500mgs Test E//week
300mgs Deca//week 10mgs of nolva during

clomid 200mg // nolva 60mg for 7 days
clomid 100mg // nolva 40mg for 7 days
clomid 50mg // nolva 20mg for 7 days
