Every steroid causes suppression, some will cause actual shut down. Anavar, proviron, primo,winstrol will cause suppression but not shut down.

The best things for him would be tribulus, ZMA, 6-OXO and any natural test enhancer. I know that none of these are gear but, all gear is gonna be suppressive one way or the other, so for now he should bulk up naturally.

This is incorrect. They will all shut you down after a certain duration and dose.

Yes after a certain time and dose your right, i was talking in generalities. I think he'd do best on something like this:


Weeks 1-10 3 caps Novadex XT
Weeks 1-10 3 caps Retain
Weeks 1-10 6caps Activate


So the novedex xt will boost natural Testosterone levels and lower estrogen, then the retain will lower cortisol levels and finally the activate will unbind bound testosterone levels.

He could also add insulin, gh, igf-1 and t3/t4 to the mix
