nolvadex 25 mg wks 1-12 then 150/100/50/50 wks 12-16 ( last cycle i ran into some gyno so i figured id head it off before it hits)

i have a year before i kick this one off im pretty confident that i have a firm grasp on alot of things b ut like i said i have a year to learn alot more before going for this one. any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanx

the nolva looks fine during the cycle but for pct i would look into aromasin and lower the dosages of the nolva to 100/75/50/25
the hcg should be shot twice a week 250-500 iu's

the test should be a little higher than the deca and the deca should be run longer than 8 weeks.you should also look into cabaser when running deca.

i think running the HCG the last several wks & not the whole cycle is a better idea...this is my personaly opinion & i have nothing to back up what my doc said but maybe someone else here can enlighten us a bit on this HCG/Diabetes issue some more...?
