MY Cycle??

This is my first cycle with orals included(Tbol), everyday for the first five weeks of the cycle, 30 or 40mg a day. I wanted to know what would be a good way to take them. Im pretty sure not all @ once; probably best to spread them out throughout the day somehow, right?? Can someone pls make a suggestion here, Thanks.

Take 40mg per day, cause honestly I don't think 30mg is enough. Take 20mg with breakfast and 20mg with supper (doses approx 8 hours apart). Peace.

Bump to Gust, also take them with a glass of grapefruit juice. You need to go with at least 40mg a day. You could also run it for 5 weeks too.

well the half life is 8 hrs so if your only going to take 40 mgs take 2 in the morning, 1- 8 hrs later and 1 before you go to bed

That'll work guys! You are always a real big help. I'm 25, been working out real hard for about 7 years; making good gains naturally with hardly any knowledge regarding "cycles" and everytime I need even the slightest amount of help you guys always come thru. Thanks again. I'll be sure to post pics, if I can manage to learn how. lol.
