I don't THINK it's legal, but, I could be wrong. It might be a misdemeaner, but not a cat.3, controlled substance.

not have a prescription. If this is what you mean, you might get a
misdeameanor, but it is not a controlled substance, so it would be like
getting a parking ticket. But it is not legal without a prescription.

Actually depending on the state your in it could be a classed drug. Some states lump it and hGH in with AS. Only if you had a script could you have it. As a male you'd have a tough time explaining it. Federally I do not think it falls into the classed section.

As with any drug if you can not purchase it OTC or for those who dont understand that, if you cant purchase it with out a prescription then it is illegal. The scheduling of each drug or its "classification" has nothing to do with it being legal or not. If the drug is scheduled then it is not legal point in hand. M-

on a similar note do to a prescription drug bill sometime ago (dont know if its still relevent) you can order certain prescription drugs (depending on its scheduling) via foreign pharamcys as long as it was under a 90 supply without a script..again all depends on the schedualing
