Hey guys im new to this stuff, I did a fair bit of research over the last year or so and purchased my gear, i was hoping one of the more knowledgeable among you could design me a PCT program. Im gonna be running Test E at 500 mg a week for 12 weeks. I have, Nolva, Clomid, HCG, and Arimidex, Im planning to run the HCG at 500 iu every 3 days throughout the cycle and .25 mg of arimidex EOD if necessary. I read visions sticky but I dont have aromasin. I look forward to some feedback, thanks in advance.

Whats your stats and age bro? Plus if you are only running Test-E it sounds to me like you have more than enough to be safe.

ya i was just wondering exactly how i should run it, im 24 6 ft 190 lbs, not sure of bf, around 10 percent, looking to gain more for athletic performance than aesthetics

week 1-3 20mg clomid
week 1-6 25mg aromasin

If you don't have aromasin, get it before you start the cycle, if you want to do a solid PCT.

anyway around this? itll most likely take me months to get aromasin, took me a full year to have all the rest of my gear arrive

NOLVA/CLOMID 4 weeks 40mg/100mg ED - 2 weeks after your Test E cycle ends.
You may get away with 50mg clomid. Some do.
.25 eod of your AI, if you feel signs of gyno. Perhaps holding on to it, if not.

Personally I;ve run Nolva @ 40/40/20/20

Yep IC is correct, you can run straight clomid, or nolva, or even combine the two. Personally I have never recovered as well doing it this way. V's protocol works very well, that's why we recommend it. You can run clomid as low as 20mg ed, studies show this to be a very effective dose, and will come with a lot less sides if your prone to clomid side effects. Also I have run it personally at this dose and recovered nicely.

thanks 4thAD ill take that into consideration, i'd prefer to have aromasin as visions PCT looks excellent. as for my arimidex, what dose would you recommend i run that at if its necessary? i was thinking .25 eod, but theres so much conflictiing information out there.

Personally I run .5 Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, this works for me. Are you gyno prone? If not I would run as small a dose as necessary just to avoid other estrogen sides. Maybe try .25 M, W, F!

not sure if im gyno prone as this will be my first cycle, ill be injecting 250 mg twice a week, does it matter on which days i take my dex? i mean to say, if i inject monday does it matter if i take my AI that day? or should i take it the next day, or vice versa.

it doesnt matter bro. Start out with a very light dose as AI's can inhibit gains.

It is definitely a good thing to have on hand. It would really suck to find you need it and not have it available.

These guys are the best bro! Just to let you know about my current first time injectable cycle, which I'm on right now.

Week 1-14 Test-E 250 - 1cc/200mg e3rd
Week 1-4 40mg D-bol ed
Week 15-19 Clomid @ 100mg ed - Nolvadex @ 40mg ed

So I will let you know how it turns out. Wish I had HCG and A-dex, but hey maybe next time........
