    I thought I would start a post on hints to keep the gains after a cycle... I'll be starting my first PCT in a few weeks.

    So, other than proper PCT and keeping Kcal consumption clean and at least at maintenance; any others? How about training regimen?

    You may want to add an additional rest day to let your body recoop from the pounding it will take in the gym. And as always be sure to get 8 hours of sleep.

    Any thoughts on training? I've heard to keep a heavy low volume training routine for a while after the cycle...
