i chew mine sometimes like if im gonna eat shortly after because i figured it would absorb quicker because it doesnt need tlo be broke down in your stomach hope i aint been doing it for nothink because they taste like shit

I think that AX uses some sort of candy colouring for the d-bols, because they smell so good. I haven't tried chewing them, but I can't help but think of Flintstone vitamins whenever I open them.

There is benifit to chewing as long as you keep it in your mouth for as long as you can... it can be absorbed in the mouth bypassing the digestive system... but damn do they taste like shit...
There are oral Test's that are tabs that stick to your lower inside gums and slowly releases test bypassing the digestive system... at the dose the phams have in those tabs we would need a whole mouth full to do a cycle everyday... haha

pink thais don't taste bad at all. I personally always chew up the orals and keep them under my tongue for better absorption.

I think a large part of chewing may be psychological. Either way, I chew my stuff now too.

i like to crush mine up on a plate with a spoon into a fine powder with an Altoid breath mint. i keep it under my tongue as long as i can, about 5 min, adn then swish whats left of it down with some warm water.

Ok here is my opinion. Pills are made under pressure and when you swallow them they may not break down all the way then you have not absorbed all of the tab. I place all tabs under my tongue and let them dissolve totally then drink grapefruit juice which acts as a catalyst. Supplements placed under the tongue get into the bloodstream quicker. So what if they tastes like crap "NO PAIN NO GAIN".

I dissolve my t-bol under my tongue. I don't know if it is more effective that way,it is easier on my stomach.

to answer your question I chew any tabs if they're UG lab and I take them with grapfruit juice to help absorption. Honestly it probably doesn't make much of a difference and it's all superstition but whatever works for you

I think the only main advantage would be a few minutes difference in getting it into the bloodstream. If drugs have a time-release coating (such as oxy-contin) then when you break, or chew them you bypass this and get the full dose at once. But with the half-life of most I dont think you need to chew -
