PCT : HCG & NOLVADEX

Just wondering how one would set up pct after doing a sust/winny cycle
(10 weeks)... Do I wait three weeks (half life of sust) before I start HCG, or do I start immediately after last shot? 1,000 I.U.s each shot, sub-q, anything else?

how many mg/wk of sust are u taking? u may not even need the hcg...

I understood that if you expierience testicular distrophy that you should use it... I'm assuming I will, but if not, great... and no, winny only last 4 weeks, I guess I'll do 25 mg ed, spread out through the day...
