basically just dont mix oil based with water based

Agreed, those are the only two you generally don't mix, although I have heard of people doing so! I wouldn't though as the oil can encapsulate the water and water based carriers usually need to be absorbed quickly.

I've heard people say you can mix HCG with oil based AAS. I wouldn't do it but is it possilble?

Yes it is possible but not recommended.

Never understood mixing. I did it once and half of it came shooting out of my quad when I withdrew the pin. Now I always shoot 1 at a time.

Yes you can mic HCG with your oil aas but like gus said I dont see why. Its easier to just stick your abs with a slin pin.

And Dont mix oil with water based aas. Other than that you'll be good to go.

this can happen if you pull the needle out to soon maybe thats what happened
