    Can the combination of the 2 with cardio, be used to help get rid of excess water and fat while hardening up?

    diets good, im just lookin to get rid of a lil extra love handles. How would i cycle this? Also, how would i use Arimidex?

    About .25mg up to .50mg a day, depending on how heavy a cycle you were doing. all the way up to your pct.

    You could run the clen and the winny many different ways but i would run it like this:

    wks 1-8 winny 50mg ED
    as for the clen dose you can run it thruoghout the enitre 8 weeks so long as you run benedryl to keep your receptors from downregulating. You could pyrimad it up and then back down so that you dont take to much to fast
