    hey how often should u take arimidex?? ive heard like .25 of a tab every other day or .50 of a tab every 3 days?? let me know what i need to take??

    Let us know what you're using, bro. We need an idea of your current cycle- or what you've got planned, so spill it!

    Generally speaking, I've had good luck with .25 mg eod with up to 500mg test enth/wk. More than that, or if you use prop at 100-150 day, I'd say go with .5 mg eod. It's good stuff.... a little goes a long way.

    weeks 1 - 12 test cypionate 500 mg/ wk
    weeks 1-6 equipoise 200 mg/ wk
    weeks 7-12 primobolan depot

    after last shot 10,000 ius of hcg
    than i have that arimixyl. so????

    with your cycle .25 eod will be more then fine.
    bump sluggo a little goes a long way with a-dex.

    I would also start the hgc about week 7 or 8 at 500iu 2 times a week.
    you wont need 10,000 iu's in my opnion this is a basic cycle.
