Hey bros, well low and behold I placed my order on ******gear just 48 hours ago and today i RECEIVED MY PACKAGE!!

is that record timing?!

anyway, i got the british dragon methanabols (10 mgs) ...they are so small, they look big in the pictures so i thought i'd split them in half for taking them.

in a few weeks they are gonna be part of my cycle....gonna run them at 40 mgs a day. how would some of you suggest i go about? split them in half and take 5mgs throughout the day? they are tiny!

i was thinking 10 mgs upon awakening and 10 mgs before training, and the rest of the day, take it in 5 mg incriments by splitting them in half.

just take 10mg split every 4 hrs. most of us are awake 16hrs a day. dont make it to complicated, besides, you split those timy things and it wont be hard losing them in your pockets, etc...

got it. yea, with a 4.5 hour half life it makes sense to take them every 4 hours. good looks brother
