just tried my second quad injection,must've hit a nerve cuz my muscle got al twitchy.i was gonna try again but i can't bring myself to do it.have to wait till tommorow.anyone have a trick to get a clean shot?

as for any tricks this is what I do, I flex my quad to find the highest point. Then I swab my injection site, wait a min. so the alcohol can dry to prevent stinging. Then I inject the syringe in at a 45 degree angle. pull back on the plunger alittle to see if I draw blood (If u do draw blood u must have hit a nerve or a vein) if no blood is draw I inject the solution slowly and take it out. !


another trick I do is when I inject all the solution, before I pull out the syringe I push kinda hard on the plunger to get all the rest of the solution out. because there always seems to be alittle left in it.
BE CARFULL DOING THIS U MAY SHAKE AROUND AND HURT URSELF I DONT RECCOMEND THIS WITHOUT PRACTICE!!!!!

Quad injections suck! Everyone raves about them but for me they're torture. I'm doing every day injections right now so I figured I'd do quads, I've been limping since Sunday, it felt like I got shot in the leg! It's getting better now but no bro, I don't have any secrets for you. My secret is gonna be to stick with glutes and delts!

can't do glutes cuz i drive a truck all day and have to sit for 12 hrs a day.i already do delts,no probs but i need more spots for injects

Hitting a nerve is nothing... last week when I pulled the needle out blood squirt out like a fountain... Did I panic... no i fainted... haha.... no it almost instantly stopped on it's own and I clean it back up with an alcohol swab... Then I had to mop the floor... hehehe

ya mine twitches all the tome just stick it in all the way it will go through it im useing 1 1/2 needle i dont know what your doing i do mine about in the middle of musle on the side try that

I have just started my first cycle and have mainly been using the quads to inject, I find them very easy and painless. I tried a delt inject today and found it very hard to do by myself, I couldnt get enough force behind the plunger to squeeze the oil through the 25g pin.

I have been injecting into the vastus lateralis muscle which is the outer most muscle of the quad, I have hit a nerve a few times which causes the twitching you have experienced, if this happens you can either pull the syringe out relpace the needle and try again or keep going if the twitching has stoped.

just did my 2nd quad shot.hurts like a BITCH.for some reason i can only do it in my left quad cuz right quad is TOOOO painful.well sunday is delt shots so i'll be happy for a week.lol
