Thought this be the ideal place for me to ask! Can you recommend a good tribulus terestris product? I been looking at the Bulgarian product Tribestan on a Bulgarian Rx site. Anynoe familiar with it? The saponin levels in it seem much higher than the US tribulus products. Natural bodybuilder here.

I take the Optimum Nutrition Tribulus 625 caps. It works very well... It contains 625mg proprietary Tribulus Blend (Tribulus Terrestris Extract-fruit) and Tribulus Terrestris powdered (aerial).

I get mine in a powder form from a bulk place, its much cheaper so you can take a dose that will do something for you. I dont have the link but its a us company called "Beyond A Century" they have lots of vitamins ect in bulk form.

the higher the saponins the better the product is. you want 35% or better I belive. Post up the link for the product so I can check it out.......

hey zambon, just ordered some bulk tribulus, 45% saponins, good stuff. What dosages do you take? days on/off? thanks man...

3-5grams a day. not using it right now though. Are you gonna cap yours? it tastes horrible, but capping is a pain.

yeah, I've never done this before, but I got a little capping machine that says you can do 24 in two minutes or something. What did you notice on 3-5 grams per day? Oh, and how did you cycle it? I've heard a few different ways. thanks again man.

Ive read to cycle it 8 weeks on and 2 off...  and I just read this site and it said exact same thing...
