I ussually do them an hour before working out..but now I will be doing them around 3:00pm..but I always try to have it fit the routine I am doing (becasue it is hard to train legs when ur ass or quad hurts...)

I have always done mine in the morning before my shower. My Dr. told me
not to do it at night because it could disturb your sleep. I really don't think
it matters what time of day as long as you have a consistent routine.

yup, agreed,
right before the workout, and preferably IN THE MUSCLE you're training if you really wanna make the most out of it. it just makes sense, when u put a half a CC of test or deca in each delt before a shoulder workout or in each quad before a leg workout, you're gonna get blood in there when u train and distribute/breakup the oil so much more efficiently.

am before work. i have shot before bed and i wish i hadn't. i got a rush and it kept me up all night.....esp tren and deca. BP shot up....

I do it about 2 hours before a work out!
For some reason, I just go mad in the gym and want to go even harder and heavier than when Im shot free for the day.
Its weird because I think it gives you that mental push as well knowing that you took something to give you that bit of extra strength, you get brave and just think, 'yeah go on, one more plate' lol.
Also, Im so starting to enjoy shooting up, that bruising pain for a day or two after the shoot, I like the feeling lol.
