I have been taking rghg for about 3 weeks. I havent noticed any swelling in my hands until about 2 days ago. Does anyone know if rghg causes water retention?

Yes GH can cause bad water retention. That's why most competitors stop it a week or 2 out from a show. You will feel like your hands are asleep alot. It's annoying but it goes away with time. Mine lasted for about 3 months or so and now I don't get it at all.

I looked it up, but was curious if the IGF-1 could have the same side effects as discussed for the RHGH? I took an OTC igf-1 and had the same sides earlier in the year.

Igf can casue water retention in some but its more commen in the stomach then in the hads on most. I really dont belive in the otc hgh and Igf-1 supps Im certin they contain no fourm of either compound.
