Blood Pressure

just had my blood pressure and bood taken.also had to do a piss test.my blood pressure came in at 119/70.very happy with this,i checked on one of those digitals yesterday and it was 144/86 but the nurse said they are not very accurate

increase the cardio and water intake that should help

I always keep some mild diuretics around just in case mine does get high.

The digital cuffs are not as reliable as the manual ones. My husband's bp went up while on his cycle but once he was done it went back down to a normal range and we also keep a couple of bottles of x-pel here at the house it is a natural diuretic.
